It’s late in the day but this review is going up on time!! I’m super into this series, it’s very unique & the writing is hard not to get caught up in; Weave of Love was a bit of a gap filler but I was still hooked & never wanted to put the book down. Get in on this series y’all.
I was sent this book to review as part of a blog tour organised by Rachel’s Random Resources.

Today I am helping to show the world the cover of Rachel J Bonner’s third book in the Choices & Consequences series. I am a big fan of this series & am very eager to get my hands on this addition to the series; the cover follows the examples of the previous two & shows the mystery & magic that the series involves. This cover also shows the two main characters separated, unlike on the cover of book two, which makes me wonder about the events to come…
You can find my review for book one, Strand of Faith, here & my review of book two, Thread of Hope, here.
Keep reading to find out more about Weave of Love!
I have to admit that I am obsessed with this cover (how could I not be?); I love the artistic style because it’s really unique & the passion between Leonie & Prospero jumps off of the page!
This cover has made me so curious about the sequel to Strand of Faith & I’m very excited, especially considering that the first book was basically a fluffy romance.
Due to having to go to training for work on the weekends I had to email Rachel, the organiser for this tour, & tell her that I wouldn’t be able to review Strand of Faith… however, with a little bit of hard work & perseverance I did actually manage to finish this book the day before my review was due to go up – so yay me! I’m super glad I did manage to fit this book in because I enjoyed it’s characters & have been left intrigued about the rest of the series.
I was sent this book in return for an honest review as part of a blog tour organised by Rachel’s Random Resources.
When the choice is between love and life, how can anyone decide?
A girl and a monk, both with extraordinary mental powers, have compelling reasons not to fall in love. But those from whom they expect support are manipulating them both because their choices will have consequences for the rest of the world.
After a stormy youth, Brother Prospero has found comfort and fulfilment in the monastery. That is, until he discovers something that forces him to reconsider his whole vocation. To follow his heart, he’ll have to face his demons again, outside the security of the monastery. Is it worth the risk? Can he beat them this time? Or will they finally destroy him?
Orphaned and mistreated, Leonie has found sanctuary and safety at the abbey. All she wants is to learn how to manage her unusual abilities so that she is not a danger to those around her. When she comes into contact with Prospero everything threatens to spiral out of her control. Whether she leaves or whether she stays, how can she possibly avoid destroying – yet again – those she has come to care about?
Abbot Gabriel is faced with an impossible choice. He can do nothing and watch the world descend into war. Or he can manipulate events and ensure peace – at the cost of two lives that he is responsible for. He knows what he has to do but is he strong enough to sacrifice those he loves?
