Nemesis & the Swan caught my attention because of the cover & when I read that it was set in historical France (mainly Paris) I just had to read it! HΓ©lΓ¨ne’s story was incredibly emotional but the book was still a relaxing read, something that I needed at the time. This book is written really well & it completely consumed me.

Sum-Up Sundays

July

In July I had a university deadline so I didn’t read quite as much as I did in June; the books I did get through though, were all brilliant & I managed to read a variety of stories as well. July was also the month my blog came back to life & I think it’s done quite well considering it was dormant for almost six months (even if I’ve not stuck to my schedule quite as well as I wanted to, oops).
