A few weeks ago I was contacted by Esther Smith, inviting me to take part in some online courses that focus on educating people about chronic pain & how to deal with it. The first course I’m taking part in is A Complete Guide to Pacing for Chronic Pain; the course is set over 6 weeks & after every session I’m going to do a quick write up about what I learned & what my thoughts are.
