I’ve seen a lot of books being released on my Twitter feed today so I thought I’d put a post together with all of the books & their GoodReads’ pages attached! I did do a thread for this on Twitter but for some reason all the book covers got mixed up so I had to delete it…
There are 12 books on this list at the moment, but I may add more as the day goes on!
It seems only logical that one of my first posts of 2018 is one that gives a shout-out to all of my favourite reads of 2017; when I first decided I was going to do this post I thought I would only include 10 books, but as it turns out there are 20 books that I just have to put on this list. Despite probably being able to comfortably say which books are my top 3 reads of the year, I’ve decided to list the books in order of author names just so I don’t get stressed out trying to decide where each would go on a chronological list of enjoyment.
My shoulders burn, my arms ache, my legs are shaky & I’m beyond tired… that can mean only one thing; Saturday was YALC! In this post I’m going to talk about the things I bought & the freebies I collected, as well as three of the authors I met – additionally, I’m going to discuss what it’s like to be disabled in London & also specifically whilst at YALC.
I had been waiting months and months for a copy of this book, and when I was sent my copy I started reading it immediately. My excitement for the book was well deserved, Alice has written a wonderful, original story.
Disclaimer: I was sent a ARC of this book from the publisher in return for an honest review!
