September
This post is very,ย veryย late but life has been messy recently soย ๐คทโโ๏ธย September was a bad month in terms of my health but I read 8 books which I’m really proud of – especially considering how bad I’ve been feeling recently.

GoodReads Review
So yes, I know a lot of these books are children’s picture books but to me they count so shh. I enjoyed almost all of the books I picked up as well, which is something I really needed in September.
Reading Challenges
GoodReads:
I managed to get to 60/80 books in September, which I’m quite happy about – 75% is a good place to be in at the end of September.
Beat the Backlist:
At this point this challenge may as well not even be mentioned, so it won’t be in my next sum-up post ha.
My Doctor Who Challenge:
I’m really neglecting my Doctor Who booksย ๐ญ

September’s pages take my total up to 17,376 pages! I’m definitely not going to hit my goal of 30,000 but I’m still really happy with how many pages I’ve read – I think I’m more likely to hit 25,000 pages by the end of the year.

Health
Sooo, in September my mental health was all over the place & I found out that I’m having another procedure done on my bladder… this should be the last one though, & then my doctor & I are going to put some other things in place so that I don’t have to have an op every 6 months like I have done over the last couple of years.
I also got referred for hydrotherapy again & my first session was booked for October 01st; this time around we’ll be working on my back & shoulders, to try & build up my core strength, which should reduce some of my pain. I loved having hydrotherapy the first time around (for my knees), so I have high hopes.
