Medical MondaysMedical Goals for 2018

This is my first Medical Monday post of the New Year so it only makes sense that I use it to set myself some medical goals for the upcoming year. My first goal is to get more active – something that is already happening because of my new job. I would also love to start swimming/hydrotherapy properly; possibly going weekly, to help myself get stronger & to help my muscles relax after hard weeks at work.  Continue reading
